DJ Tigra T has been selected as one of the 300 international women in Hip-Hop that will be featured in the upcoming resource book entitled, Fresh, Bold, and So Def: Women in Hip-Hop Changing the Game.

As a pioneering leader in the Hip-Hop community, you represent progressive women that are contributing to the evolution of Hip-Hop culture. It is our goal to promote and let everyone know that powerful, intelligent and talented women in Hip-Hop do exist.

Groundbreaking and informative, Fresh, Bold, and So Def will serve as source for people to use for research, teaching, and programming. Fresh, Bold, and So Def includes a narrative timeline that will emphasize different themes and roles that women have played within Hip-Hop history; there will be special chapters on Education Reform, Feminism, Media and Political Power, Social Entrepreneurship, and Spirituality.

It will be the premiere inspirational book for pinpointing powerful women, and showing how to persevere past Hip-Hop's misogynistic roadblocks to make trendsetting accomplishments in an aggressive and disrespectful culture that represents an exaggerated extreme of society sexism.
